Visiting Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays
Gardens: 8am – 4pm
Building: 10am – 4pm
Admission to the building and gardens is free and open to the community.
Please note: The Center is closed on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Book a Guided Tour
Experience the Ismaili Center with a 45-minute guided tour. Tours are available during operating hours and can be booked in advance through our online booking system.

Parking: Visitor parking is available on-site at no charge. Please enter through the gates on 2290 West Dallas Street and follow the signs to the underground parking garage. After parking, take the elevators up to Level 1 for building and garden access.
Visitor Policies
Photography: Personal photography is permitted throughout the Center except in the prayer hall. Professional or commercial photography requires prior approval – contact us at [email protected].
Food & Beverage: You are welcome to bring your own water and enjoy food in our outdoor spaces. Food and drink are not permitted inside the prayer hall and alcohol is not allowed on the premises. When the café is open, its courtyard will be reserved for guests enjoying refreshments from the café.

- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please respect the property and help keep the Center clean.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or use of profanity is not permitted.
- Soliciting or loitering is not allowed.
- Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, or other dangerous objects) are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
- Service animals only — no pets allowed.
